Profile
General Wellness is the broadest profile in the app. It supports a flexible record with the fields you choose, from sleep and notes to mood, energy, and optional context, without adding condition-specific wording. Stress and other trackers can be added with Premium.
What DaySense helps you do

The labels in this profile are optional prompts for your own daily log. They give you a quick way to add broad context when it fits the day, and leaving them blank is also valid.
Privacy and local-first
DaySense helps you see the days behind what repeated — without diagnosis, advice, or prediction. The privacy policy says entries are stored locally, no account is needed for core tracking, and entries are not uploaded to a DaySense cloud service in current builds.

The app loop is simple: log the day, review your record, and save a short weekly reflection when something is worth keeping.
How the review works
This profile gives you a simple, broad read of the day. It keeps the fields you include together so the record is easier to review over time without implying a condition-specific interpretation.
Mood, energy, sleep, notes, and context provide the broad baseline. Stress and other context trackers can be added with Premium.
General Wellness supports optional daily context so you can mark broad strain and recovery details without switching to more specific profile wording.
The profile is designed to work well as a baseline view. It is a good fit when you want clear day-to-day logging and later trend review without a more specific profile.
Review language
Saved days are grouped into broad review ranges so the wording stays plain, readable, and observational.
Context modifiers
These are the broad context areas this profile is designed to keep visible.
| Modifier | Notes |
|---|---|
| Core daily metrics | The main log remains centered on everyday mood, energy, and sleep context. |
| Daily load | Broad strain, routine change, and social load can add useful shape to the record where those inputs are available. |
| Optional context | Extra context can help explain the day where it is available in the app, but it is not the core promise of this profile. |
Design rationale
This profile is designed as the broad default. It gives you a clean read of mood, energy, and sleep without implying a condition-specific interpretation.
It also keeps optional context capture available so you can add useful strain and recovery notes without making the daily flow feel clinical or over-structured.
If you want something more specific later, the profile system is designed to make that possible without changing the product's privacy boundary.
Review focus
In practice, this profile is best for broad review and a clearer record over time rather than narrow condition-specific interpretation.
Background reading
These sources informed the labels and context included in this profile. They are product-design inputs, not medical guidance, and DaySense does not use them to diagnose, treat, or recommend care.
